Explanatory Notes

• Gross Private Area = Area measured by the outer face of the building walls and by the axes of the walls between apartments and common areas.

• Total Private Area = Is the sum of the gross private area and the outdoor private areas.

• Stated square meters on the floorplans are related to the floor’s areas, rounded to one decimal place and measured to the interior boundaries of the room’s walls including fixed wardrobes and doorways.

• Closet Area are included in the Suite area.
